4" Scindapsus Pictus 'Platinum Java'

We offer local delivery of flowers & plants within 20 miles of 18042, with a $45 minimum order. Please include a recipient phone number when adding your gift to the cart, and make sure your recipient's address is correct at checkout. If there are any issues, we will contact you and/or your recipient.

Coordination of delivery is the only reason we will use your recipient's phone number.

Attempted Delivery:

We will make every effort to deliver an order. If there is no answer, we will attempt to leave the order in a safe space at the recipient's address, or with a neighbor, in which case we will contact the recipient at the phone number provided to advise them of its location. In the case of inclement weather or no safe place to leave the order, we will contact the recipient and arrange delivery with them directly. If delivery is unable to be made on the requested date, we will return the arrangement to the studio where it can be picked up the following day by either the recipient or customer.

Claim of Non-Delivery:

All orders are delivered by our trusted team. A photo will be taken of any order left without a hand off. If an order is missing, please allow us 24 hours to look into the matter and retrieve the proper delivery documentation.

Rejected Delivery:

Should the recipient reject delivery, Kraft & Co. will not be held responsible and no refund will be issued to the customer.

A Plant Care card with QR code linked to our Plant Care information page is included with every plant delivery. Plants will be delivered in healthy condition, though size, coloration, and other qualities may vary from the product photo due to natural variation in plants.

When delivery is made, and there is any question as to quality or health of the plant, the recipient should contact Kraft & Co. at hello@kraftandcompany.com to discuss their concerns. In most cases, we will gladly replace the plant. However, claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery. No refunds or replacements will be made after this time period. No refunds or replacements be made based on improper plant care on the part of the recipient.

See our full "Care + Quality" policies for further information.

A LA CARTE EVENT FLORALS

Cancellations: Preparation and sourcing for events begins several weeks before the delivery date. For this reason, cancellation for a full refund must be made no less than 21 days from the event date. Cancellation requests made less than 21 days before the event date will be offered either a partial refund equal to 50% of the order total, or a full refund in the form of store credit to be used at a later date. No refund will be given for events cancelled less than 7 days before the delivery date. To request an order cancellation, please email us at hello@kraftandcompany.com.

Returns: Kraft & Company does not accept returns of event florals, vases, or candles. Kraft & Company is not responsible for the condition of the floral arrangements beyond the time of delivery, and will not offer refund or replacement for quality issues arising from the recipient's care or other causes outside of our control such as mishandling, weather, or negligence. Keep in mind, event florals are carefully managed to ensure they are at their peak at the time of the event. For this reason, they will not last as long as a retail floral arrangement would be expected to last. Care instructions will be provided so they can be enjoyed as long as possible after the event!

Cancellations: Workshop registration is nonrefundable, but you are welcome to transfer your registration fee to a friend! Please email us at hello@kraftandcompany.com to let us know who will be attending in your place.
