Chai Spice Peanut & Almond Butter
The story of Chai Spice Peanut & Almond Butter starts with the 2012 wedding of Big Spoon Roasters' co-founders, Mark and Megan. Mark invented the concept of a nut butter blended with chai spices as a fusion of some of his favorite things (nuts) and Megan’s (masala chai tea). Our Chai Spice Peanut & Almond Butter combines American agriculture in the form of High-Oleic Runner peanuts and heirloom Mission almonds with traditional tea spices of the Indian subcontinent, where “chai” is simply a word for “tea” in Hindi. Like gumbo in Louisiana or peach pie in Georgia, there are as many spiced tea recipes in India. These mini 3oz jars are perfect for traveling (TSA-approved), sampling, or gifting!

Delivery
We offer everyday flowers and special collections for holidays throughout the year, with local delivery of flowers & plants within 25 miles of 18042. Please include a recipient phone number when adding your gift arrangement to the cart, and make sure your recipient's address is correct at checkout. If there are any issues, we will contact you and/or your recipient.
Coordination of delivery is the only reason we will use your recipient's phone number.
ATTEMPTED DELIVERY:
We will make every effort to deliver an order. If there is no answer, we will attempt to leave the order in a safe space at the recipient's address, or with a neighbor, in which case we will leave a note on the recipient's door advising them of its location. In the case of inclement weather or an unsafe place to leave the order, we will contact the recipient and arrange delivery with them directly. If delivery is unable to be made on the requested date, we will return the arrangement to the studio where it can be picked up the following day by either the recipient or customer.
CLAIM OF NON-DELIVERY:
All orders are delivered by our trusted team. A photo will be taken of any order left without a hand off and a signature will be taken for any handed off delivery. If an order is missing, please allow us 24 hours to look into the matter and retrieve the proper delivery documentation.
REJECTED DELIVERY:
Should the recipient reject delivery, Kraft & Co. will not be held responsible and no refund will be issued to the customer.
Care + Quality
Care instructions are provided with every delivery, to ensure recipients are aware of proper care techniques to prolong the life of their flowers. We strive to use the freshest blooms, with a mix of delicate and more hardy flowers, so that as delicate blooms fade they may be removed and remaining flowers can be enjoyed as long as possible.
QUALITY:
When delivery is made, and there is any question as to the quality of the flowers, the recipient should contact Kraft & Co. at hello@kraftandcompany.com to discuss their concerns. In most cases, we will gladly replace the arrangement. However, claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery. No refunds or replacements will be made after this time period. No refunds or replacements be made based on improper plant or flower care on the part of the recipient.
