CARE: Grow pot measures 4-4.25". Your Cypress plant would appreciate a cool spot in your home with bright, direct light for 6-8 hours a day. Water thoroughly when top 1-2 inches of soil is dry. Recommend removing plant from container to allow proper drainage. This container does not have drainage holes; do not allow water to accumulate in the bottom or the roots may rot.

Delivery
We offer everyday flowers and special collections for holidays throughout the year, with local delivery of flowers & plants within 25 miles of 18042. Please include a recipient phone number when adding your gift arrangement to the cart, and make sure your recipient's address is correct at checkout. If there are any issues, we will contact you and/or your recipient.

Attempted Delivery:
We will make every effort to deliver an order. If there is no answer, we will attempt to leave the order in a safe space at the recipient's address, or with a neighbor, in which case we will leave a note on the recipient's door advising them of its location. In the case of inclement weather or an unsafe place to leave the order, we will contact the recipient and arrange delivery with them directly. If delivery is unable to be made on the requested date, we will return the arrangement to the studio where it can be picked up the following day by either the recipient or customer.
Claim of Non-Delivery:
All orders are delivered by our trusted team. A photo will be taken of any order left without a hand off and a signature will be taken for any handed off delivery. If an order is missing, please allow us 24 hours to look into the matter and retrieve the proper delivery documentation.
Rejected Delivery:
Should the recipient reject delivery, Kraft & Co. will not be held responsible and no refund will be issued to the customer.
Care + Quality
Care instructions are provided with every delivery, to ensure recipients are aware of proper care techniques to prolong the life of their flowers. We strive to use the freshest blooms, with a mix of delicate and more hardy flowers, so that as delicate blooms fade they may be removed and remaining flowers can be enjoyed as long as possible.
Quality:
When delivery is made, and there is any question as to the quality of the flowers, the recipient should contact Kraft & Co. at hello@kraftandcompany.com to discuss their concerns. In most cases, we will gladly replace the arrangement. However, claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery. No refunds or replacements will be made after this time period. No refunds or replacements be made based on improper plant or flower care on the part of the recipient.

returns + cancellations
FLOWER SHOP ORDERS
Cancellations: To request an order cancellation, please email us at hello@kraftandcompany.com. Cancellation and refund of retail/holiday floral arrangements is allowed up to 72 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup. No refund will be issued beyond this time.
Returns: Kraft & Company does not accept returns of floral arrangements or plants. If there is a question as to the quality of the arrangement, the sender must contact hello@kraftandcompany.com within 24 hours, and photos may be requested so our team can assess the customer's concerns. A replacement will be offered if it is determined that the arrangement did not meet our standards of quality and freshness, however Kraft & Company is not responsible for the condition of the floral arrangement beyond the time of delivery, and will not offer refund or replacement for quality issues arising from the recipient's care. Care instructions will be provided so recipients can keep their flowers fresh as long as possible.
A LA CARTE EVENT FLORALS
Cancellations: Preparation and sourcing for events begins several weeks before the delivery date. For this reason, cancellation for a full refund must be made no less than 21 days from the event date. Cancellation requests made less than 21 days before the event date will be offered either a partial refund equal to 50% of the order total, or a full refund in the form of store credit to be used at a later date. No refund will be given for events cancelled less than 7 days before the delivery date. To request an order cancellation, please email us at hello@kraftandcompany.com.
Returns: Kraft & Company does not accept returns of event florals, vases, or candles. Kraft & Company is not responsible for the condition of the floral arrangements beyond the time of delivery, and will not offer refund or replacement for quality issues arising from the recipient's care or other causes outside of our control such as mishandling, weather, or negligence. Keep in mind, event florals are carefully managed to ensure they are at their peak at the time of the event. For this reason, they will not last as long as a retail floral arrangement would be expected to last. Care instructions will be provided so they can be enjoyed as long as possible after the event!
